Use praise instead of criticism_用赞美代替批评英语作文150字
We have to acknowledge the fact that no matter how serious mistakes people make, the first response to criticism is to justify themselves. Praise to the human soul, like sunshine, without it, we cannot grow and blossom. But most of us, we avoid the criticism of others, but we don't give our praise to others. We can use praise instead of criticism, the mistakes of others, perhaps will slowly disappear, because everyone wants to be appreciated and identity, a person's abilities will shrink in the criticism, and under the encouragement.
我们必须承认一个事实，人无论犯了多严重的错误，受到批评时，第一个反应就是为自己辩解。称赞对人类的灵魂而言，就像阳光一样，没有它，我们就无法成长开花。但是我们大多数的人，总是躲避别人的批评，却不把自己赞许的阳光给予别人。我们可以用赞扬代替批评，别人的错误，也许会慢慢消失，因为每个人都希望自己被赞赏和认同，一个人的能力会在批评中萎缩，而在鼓励下绽放。
